Behold..... My Final Drawing of 2013!

I snapped and realised quite a while back that the effects of the background could make a colourful background if I were to use it in an Eeveelutions drawing. So there it is!
This drawing didn't take too long to finish and I didn't rush through it this time so that I can make the final drawing of the year as close to perfect as possible.
